Another busy weekend

Which started in rain and congestion on the way to collect the mini-BFs. Yuck yuck yuckety yuck. Then on to the venue for fun and games on Saturday. Party food and lots of squeaking and squealing with excitement. It's great to remember what it might be like when you're little and pleasures are simple - seeing your grandparents, playing with the dog you haven't seen for a while, making balloons stick to the wall/ceiling/windows and opening your pressies. Fortunately, the journey home again was clear [phew] and we were back in time to see Bodies, which is absolutely brilliant. Try to catch it if you haven't already.
Unfortunately, the behaviour of some adults can be a sight to behold. Let's hope the children didn't notice.
Today, after my porridge for brekkie, we just about took everything out of the garage and re-loaded it to try and make more sense of the storage situation. A few more things have been ear-marked for the charity shop (or the dustbin). Of course, there have been a few "Oh look at this" moments too! Photographs, bits for the motorbike, books, clothing, they've all been turning up! And that's just me

Rolling Eyes

Running, did running too. Took BF down to the river and along the towpath by Hampton Court. Was nice, around dusk. Mind you, may not have been the best idea to get there through the main shopping street in Kingston though.......... on a Sunday afternoon in December. We did 9.4 or 9.26 miles depending upon which Garmin you were wearing. Interesting though, as ours are usually very close on the distance covered, this is the furthest out they've been so far. (Must have been the weaving through the shoppers).

Three working days left.
