So I'm taking that to mean 'bad news'.
Was at Crisis again today. Spent a lot of time trying to update University RAG contact points, a trying job you can imagine. So opening envelopes of 'gone away' post and extracting address sheets was positively fun! It was good, I'm only joking. I took the mosaic tiles up to Skylight and they were really happy to receive them.
