I'm back

Two children at university. Married for the second time. Working at a charity. Does that do for an update or is that where I was?

Today's hilarity - a text conversation with daughter (first year, Performing Arts, Salford University):

Her: MY lecturer just summarised her lecture on modernism and Bauhaus by showing us a Pet Shop Boys music video
Me: Which one?
Her: Go West
Her: I suggested New Order - True Faith as she was discussing the style/costume
Me: LOL AM not sitting at my desk watching Go West on youtube and trying not to sing along. I wonder what she thinks about your musical upbringing?
Her: She seemed pleased with my suggestion although the girl next to me had no idea who either band were O_o
